Talon E+ Gen2
With its brand new, lightweight aluminum frame that combines modern hardtail design with our latest e-bike technologies, the new Talon E+ EX is a versatile bike that's great for the daily commute to work or weekend off-road adventures. A 100 mm suspension fork cushions bumpy surfaces and gives you confidence and control on uneven roads and paths. The SyncDrive Sport 2 motor helps you tackle climbs, and the removable EnergyPak 430 battery is integrated into a redesigned, slimmer down tube. Updated controls include a handlebar-mounted RideControl Dash 2 control unit that allows you to turn the bike on and adjust assist levels. The frame is compatible with a dropper post and has integrated mounts for a pannier rack, mudguards, a kickstand and two bottle cages so you can attach an EnergyPak Plus Range Extender.
SyncDrive Sport 2
This frame comes with a SyncDrive Sport 2 motor and a removable EnergyPak 430 battery neatly built into a slim down tube to reduce weight. The new design offers space for two water bottles or a battery range extender for longer rides. A 100 mm suspension makes bumpy terrain more comfortable, while the reliable off-road geometry ensures a stable ride quality.
Range
Approximately how far can I ride on one battery charge cycle? The range for a single battery charge can vary greatly. It depends on many factors, the most important of which are Rider weight, payload, air resistance, tire pressure and tread, terrain and elevation profile, road or trail conditions, outside temperature, e-bike maintenance, and battery condition. The bar at the bottom shows the approximate range. The conditions are categorized as extreme, good and ideal. Extreme conditions usually occur when you are riding with a heavy load, strong headwind or excessive incline.
RideControl Dash 2
With the new RideControl Dash 2, a controller on the handlebars, you can easily switch on the bike and adjust the support levels while riding. You can also use the RideControl app to adjust the motor power individually and optimize the range.
Designed Lighter
The frame is made of lightweight aluminum with sleek lines and modern design. It weighs just 21.7 kg (size M) - significantly less than most other bikes in its category.

EnergyPak Smart 430
GIANT's latest EnergyPak battery systems feature a streamlined design integrated into the e-bike for a sleek and modern profile. Various EnergyPak options are available - including EnergyPak Smart and EnergyPak - each tailored to different riding styles to best support your e-bike experience. The battery system is neatly integrated into the down tube of the frame. Constant communication between the battery and charger ensures fast charging. The batteries can be charged up to 80 percent in just over 2 hours.
SyncDrive Sport 2
The compact SyncDrive Sport 2 motor delivers a torque of 75 Nm, which is specially tuned for trail riding. The Smart Assist mode uses six sensors to measure your pedal power, cadence, speed and the current incline. On this basis, the system generates assistance that feels natural and harmonious. The compact design also ensures a narrow Q-factor and therefore efficient, comfortable and ergonomic pedaling.
Smart Assist
Six smart sensors accurately measure your power, speed and cadence, as well as the gradient of the terrain you are riding on, to give you just the right support for a natural, powerful riding experience. This helps to optimize the energy efficiency of your battery and yourself.
Ride Control App
The updated app expands the existing customization options for your SyncDrive motor. Define exactly how you want the system to work. Set everything from battery-saving Eco mode to powerful Power mode and collect all relevant data during your ride.
Ride Control Dash 2
This updated control unit is super integrated into the handlebar/grip and has ergonomic buttons that you can use to control the support modes, such as Smart Assist. The high-resolution color screen is fog-free and shows you range, battery level and assist mode, speed and distance as well as incoming calls.
ALUXX SL Aluminum technology
The high-performance material consists mainly of a 6011 aluminum alloy and offers an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio - ideal for precise and agile handling.
Find My Bike
The integrated security and theft protection function with Apple Find My makes it possible to set up theft alarms, locate the e-bike remotely and receive notifications as soon as its location changes. Apple Find My's data protection measures ensure that location data is encrypted and only stored on Apple servers for 24 hours.
GIANT E-LOCK SYSTEM
The GIANT E-LOCK SYSTEM makes it possible to lock and unlock the e-bike via the RideControl app or by PIN code on the controller. As soon as the bike is locked, the pedal assistance is blocked and the display shows the lock status. In the event of unauthorized movement, the system automatically triggers an alarm.
UDH derailleur hanger
A Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) ensures exact alignment of the rear derailleur and precise shifting. The UDH derailleur hanger was specially developed for frames with a thru-axle and is a new, more stable standard that allows you to easily upgrade your e-bike with a high-quality drivetrain or replace the derailleur hanger if it breaks.
